Here's a clean shipping policy built for Outlaw Grafiks on Shopify:
Shipping Policy
Effective date: January 2025 Outlaw Grafiks reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
Production Time
All orders — gang sheets and custom tees — are printed and fulfilled within 48 hours of order confirmation, provided all artwork and materials are available and approved. Orders placed after 12 PM PST may begin processing the following business day.
Business Days
We operate Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Estimates
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on order size and destination. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping speed.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If you don't receive tracking info within 3 business days of your order contact us at outlawgrafiks@yahoo.com.
Stock & Color Availability
Black and White shirts and Black hoodies are kept in stock and ship within within days of order fulfillment. Longer lead times may occur for items not stocked due to manufacturer lead time.
All other colors are available by order and may require additional sourcing time. Please contact us at outlawgrafiks@yahoo.com or (510) 915-1181 before ordering to confirm availability and estimated shipping time.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives visibly damaged contact us immediately at outlawgrafiks@yahoo.com or (510) 915-1181 with your order number and photos of the packaging. We will work with the carrier to reship or refund your order depending on the outcome.
Incorrect Address
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. Outlaw Grafiks is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error contact us immediately at outlawgrafiks@yahoo.com — we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future — contact us if you have a specific need.
